Can my delivery address be changed?

You can request a change to your delivery address before your order has been shipped.

Once your order is dispatched, we’re unable to update the address.


Can I add an item to my order?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to add additional items to it.

If you’d like to purchase more, simply place a new order.


Can I remove an item from my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to remove an item.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID, and we’ll do our best to help.


Can I change my billing address?

Billing details cannot be changed once your order has been placed.

Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase.


Can you change the amount of my invoice?

We’re unable to modify invoice amounts after an order has been confirmed.

This includes changes to product pricing, discounts, or taxes.
