Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you may request a return (if eligible) after delivery.

To cancel, please email us as soon as possible with your Order ID.


Why was my order canceled?

In some cases, orders may be canceled automatically due to:

  • Payment issues or failed transactions
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Item being out of stock

If your order has been canceled, any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method.


I have made a duplicate order

If you’ve accidentally placed the same order twice, please contact us immediately with your Order ID(s).

If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll cancel the duplicate and process a refund.

If it has already been dispatched, you can return the extra order once it’s delivered (as per our returns policy).
