How can I return an item?

To start a return, email us at care.cherrycrumble@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

We’ll share the next steps and, where applicable, arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the item back.


My return tracking shows that it has been delivered

Once your return is marked as delivered, please allow 5–7 business days for us to inspect the item and process your refund.

You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund has been completed.


I returned my order via Standard return — where is my refund?

Standard returns can take a little longer to reach us.

Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

If it’s been longer than expected, feel free to get in touch and we’ll check it for you.


I have requested a collection via DHL and received an ‘import error’ message

This can occasionally happen due to customs or documentation issues.

Please contact us with your Order ID, and we’ll work with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.


I did not choose a tracked service when sending my return

We always recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.

Without tracking, we’re unable to confirm delivery, and unfortunately cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
