I received a damaged item

We’re really sorry about that. Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear images of the item, and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Faulty item

If you believe your item is faulty, please get in touch with us with details and photos. Our team will review and guide you on the next steps.

Incorrect item

If you’ve received the wrong item, let us know right away. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Missing items
