Return Policy

  1. You may request a full refund within 28 days of receiving your order.
  2. After 28 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with tags and plastic intact
  • Not washed, worn, or altered

Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required to complete your return.

How to Return

  2. Once approved, ship your item back to us.

      Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns—we recommend using tracking & insurance for your safety.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
