Return Policy:

An item shall be returned only within the time frame of 7 days that follow its delivery otherwise the return request would not be accepted. The refund from the return shall reflect in your account within a period of 7 days after the returned item has been received by us. We give free returns to all purchases of 1500 INR and above.

At Cherry Crumble by Nitt Hyman, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are ready to help.

How do returns work?

You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps mentioned below:

  1. Write us an email to [care.cherrycrumble@gmail.com] or call at +91-8882-352-279.
  2. Include the Order ID, Product Name in email.

Once you email the requested details, you'll get an email and call confirming that your request is being processed. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund.

Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the seller's Returns Policy?

No, we will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned on the product page or in our Returns Policy.

What are the checks done for an item that I'm returning?

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

 Correct Product: Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and the MRP tag should not be removed with all necessary details visible.

  • Complete Product: All in-the-box items, freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
  • Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
  • Undamaged Product: The product should be undamaged and without any stains, dents, tears or holes.
  • Undamaged Packaging: Product's original packaging/ box should be in an undamaged condition.

 The field executive has the right to refuse the acceptance of the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

 Please keep in mind that the refund will be initiated within 7 days after we receive the product back. If your refund does not reflect within this given time period, then you are free to come to us with any query.

If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.


Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.
